Hercules Mastery LLC OHPM Inner Circle Giveaway – Official Rules

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Hercules Mastery LLC, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Hercules Mastery LLC (“Sponsor”).

Entry Period: The entry period begins 08/25/2025 and ends 9/1/2025 at 11:59PM CST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the entry form available HERE during the Entry Period, explaining why you should be selected to attend the OHPM Inner Circle. Limit one entry per person.

Prize: Up to two (2) winners may be selected. Each winner will receive (i) one (1) ticket to the OHPM Inner Circle Conference taking place October 25–26, 2025 in Texas, (ii) roundtrip economy airfare for winner (from a major U.S. airport near winner’s residence to Texas), and (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy, hotel to be determined by Sponsor). Approximate retail value of each prize is $5,000. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection: Eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor based on the quality and creativity of the responses. Winner(s) will be selected on or about September 15, 2025. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

Winner Notification: Winner(s) will be notified via phone and/or email at the contact information provided at entry. Winner(s) must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, entry submission, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law. This includes public announcement of winner(s) on Sponsor’s social media channels and/or website.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that affect the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in this giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.
